Quick release connecting device with high friction coating.
Powerful in torque but small in dimensions are the main characteristics of Hycon. It opens new possibilities in compact, lightweight and elegant designs. The coupling's friction surfaces have been treated with a unique method, which more than doubles the friction factor. This gives the corresponding increase of the transmittable torque.
Det Norske Veritas has classified and type approved the Hycon to a calculation value 0.3 on the friction coefficient.
