August 2005 - The partner
The company DeWind, well-known within the wind power sector, was won over as a partner to participate in development of a 2 MW wind power plant using the WinDrive technology.
Moreover, because of its size, DeWind offered the necessary flexibility for this new development. It became clear also that this partner had a great deal of interest in rapid implementation of this technological innovation. The DeWind company was established in 1995 and now belonged to the North American CTC Group. With almost 600 wind power plants installed and a suitably sized sales network, DeWind was an excellent partner for Voith Turbo. |
