Quality to us means to supply products that satisfy customer expectations, meet highest requirements without touch-up, do not entail any risks and are continuously optimised by comprehensive quality management and control. It is of vital importance that our employees identify with this high quality standard and the corresponding measures ensuring it, such as works standards, corporate directives and process instructions.
At the same time we are guaranteeing the environmental compatibility of our products: What is their impact on the environment? How can environmental damages and safety risks be minimised? How can emissions, noise, wastes generated, consumption of energy and other resources be reduced? These are key issues that are addressed in yearly material and energy balances, special directives for product handling and numerous other measures taken by Voith. |
